COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Concerned about COVID-19? Here are the health and safety measures that we are taking to ensure full protection:
FOR RELYNNQUISH
- We are fully vaccinated, having already received our third booster shot as well
- Temperature checks will be done prior to entry
- Masks and gloves will be worn during our visit
- Frequent sanitization will be followed throughout the day
FOR CLIENTS
- Confirm that you are vaccinated
- Confirm that you have not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms over the last 14 days
- You will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire upon entry
- Please wear a mask for our arrival and during our visit
